Professional Summary
The Clinical Director is a critical role that oversees clinical activities to reduce time to proficiency for ClearCorrect providers. The role will lead a team of clinical advisors to provide in-house clinical guidance and input for internal/external training on clinical knowledge, provide clinical support to key accounts and KOLs as well as support regional BU teams for products launches and VoC feedback.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with key providers to establish treatment protocols and preferences in aligner therapy, including current ClearCorrect products as well as for future new products
- Act as the 2nd-level consultant to providers who need assistance on difficult cases, to ensure excellent provider experience and optimal clinical outcome for ClearCorrect providers
- Work closely with field-based sales team and lead a group field clinical specialists dedicated to reducing time to proficiency for ClearCorrect providers
- Train country-based TPS providers and mentors to offer clinical advice to providers, with a focus on the proper use of ClearCorrect system and the benefits to be communicated to customers
- Provide clinical training and education to key providers and KOLs via online presentation, onsite workshop, and any other means necessary
- Closely partner with marketing and sales team to activate ClearCorrect users, acquire new customers and increase case start rate
- Train the ortho sales and service team in the region with the established treatment protocols, enable them to support providers with patient selection, treatment planning, orthodontic management and troubleshooting clinical roadblocks
- Co-travel to onboard and engage with key customers and KOLs with field sales and marketing team
- Support ClearCorrect ambassadors and KOL’s, helping the countries to find and develop local ClearCorrect Ambassadors, support Train the trainer events and support the development of training and presentation material of NAM speakers
- Collaborate with NAM Marketing team product launches and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by engaging KOLs, drive collection of clinical cases for the clinical case gallery, follow-up and collect feedback to support product launch.
- Be a part of high-performance team that delivers monthly, quarterly, and annual business results and company goals
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team
- Other duties as assigned
- DDS/DMD/BDS (foreign or domestic), Orthodontics knowledge is required
- Experience with aligner therapy is required
- 5 years of work experience, of which at least 2 years in a clinical environment
- Experience in training dentists and orthodontists is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills
- Enthusiastic about providing excellent support & service, always customer centric
- Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
