Position Summary
This position is responsible for the maintenance of the equipment used in CNC Production. The job is to fully support production and keep equipment running and in a good state of repair.
Responsible for managing the Preventive Maintenance Program and keeping the system in full compliance. This is a key position in ensuring maximum uptime and productivity of the equipment.
Job Responsibilities
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following :
- Keep all production equipment running at a high-efficiency rate and at maximum productivity.
- Establish and perform preventive maintenance programs for production equipment that is compliant with the quality system.
- Work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Maintain and calibrate equipment as needed.
- Assist in IQ, OQ, and machine qualifications as needed.
- Maintain spare part inventories to ensure a high service level.
- Perform additional duties / tasks as required by management.
Minimum Qualifications
8 years Maintenance experience in a high-tech environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CNC troubleshooting and repair.
- High-level mechanical aptitude
- Electrical skills including wiring, motors, and electronic.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems installation and troubleshooting skills.
- Computer and microprocessor experience, PLC, and ladder logic
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and machinery.
- Organizational skills sufficient for OSHA and quality systems compliance
- Basic knowledge of ISO / GMP regulations and work environment or other regulated industry
- General machine troubleshooting and repair
- CAD experience
- Machining experience
