Salary: $68,000-$70,000/Annually. The final pay for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what the company reasonably anticipates for this position.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Engineer to assist our process engineering team in a dynamic production environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, documentation validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and work instruction development. This role requires a problem-solver with an analytical mindset, capable of understanding complex production systems and proposing continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in Lean Manufacturing and CNC processes is a strong plus

Job Responsibilities

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Assist in the validation of manufacturing equipment, ensuring compliance with IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
• Develop, revise, and maintain detailed work instructions and process documentation.
• Analyze manufacturing workflows and identify areas for process optimization and waste reduction.
• Support change management initiatives by implementing process modifications and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Support quality assurance efforts, ensuring processes meet compliance and industry standards.
• Provide technical support to production teams and assist in training operators on revised procedures.
• Utilize data-driven methodologies for problem-solving and root cause analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
• 2 years of experience in manufacturing with a focus on process engineering.
• Proven experience in documentation validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and writing work instructions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify process improvements.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, ideally including CNC machining.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to root cause analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new challenges and learn in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with Change Management and driving process adaptation within production teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
