Starting Salary: $30.00 Hr / $62,400.00 Annually. The final pay for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what the company reasonably anticipates for this position.Your training schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, which is subject to change to Monday through Friday 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm based on business needs.

The role involves responsibilities in ceramic and zirconia work and places a greater emphasis on the skills of a dental technician, with knowledge of 3Shape and Exocad being a significant advantage.

Essential Functions And Duties
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Fabricate and customize dental prosthetics based on customer models and specifications to deliver the best custom device and finished product for the application
- Inspect parts during production, including microscopic inspection, to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met
- Ensure finished goods quality meets required standards
- Handle and process customer property and finished goods carefully to avoid damage
- Maintain close verbal and written communication with customers throughout the order process
- Adhere strictly to documented processes and procedures
- Follow safety rules and maintain personal safety and the safety of others
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Record and report information accurately as required
- Perform job duties in compliance with work instructions
- Other duties as assigned by a manager
- Observe and hear warning signs and signals within all areas of the company
- Stand, walk, or sit up to 8 hours a day (with periodic breaks allowed)
- Wear synthetic gloves for hygiene
- Wear protective eye and hearing gear
- Work is performed in a manufacturing environment
- The employee may occasionally be exposed to dust
- The noise level in the work environment is consistently moderate
- The employee will work in a fast-paced team environment
- May be exposed to hazards associated with manufacturing equipment and tools
- The noise level in the work environment is consistently low to moderate
- May require moderate lifting
- High School diploma or GED
- 3 years of hands-on experience as a dental technician or dental assistant in a dental laboratory
- 3 years of strong start-to-finish case management experience
- Certified Dental Technician (will pay for CDT test if already RDT or RDA)
- Knowledge of 3Shape and Exocad
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows
- Effective communication skills, including verbal and written
- Time management and organizational skills
- Understanding of anatomy and ideal tooth morphology for full mouth restorations (high precision)
- Understanding of morphology & functional design in both anterior and posterior restoration essential for full arch/mouth cases
- Ability to inspect and work using a microscope
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work with small high-quality parts and recognize detail
