Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Dashboard Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining business intelligence dashboards with a primary focus on commissions and compensation calculations. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong analytical skills, experience in data visualization, and the flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and tools.

Job Responsibilities

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize business intelligence dashboards, with a focus on compensation and commissions calculations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used in dashboards and reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership by analyzing trends and patterns in compensation and performance metrics.
• Support the transition to new BI platforms as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to workflows and operations.
• Integrate data from various sources (e.g., CRM, ERP, and HR systems) into the business intelligence ecosystem.
• Document processes, methodologies, and dashboards for reference and scalability.
• Train users and teams on utilizing BI dashboards effectively to drive business decisions.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days in Andover, MA office.
  
  

Management Responsibilities

This position will not have management responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline
• 1 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or database administration.
• 2 years of experience utilizing Power BI or equivalent business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP systems.
• Experience in scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new BI tools or platforms as the business evolves.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Proven ability to work with complex data sets and deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Experience in commissions, compensation, or financial data is highly desirable.
• Self-directed learner. Willingness to be vulnerable and ask questions
