Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Implementation Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and driving strategic sales campaigns through Salesforce to CRM platforms, with a focus on generating high-quality leads for sales representatives. The Sales Implementation Manager will work closely with sales leadership to define campaigns that drive business growth and ensure effective execution of these campaigns. This role will involve clear communication of campaign objectives and processes, tracking campaign performance, and maintaining accountability through comprehensive dashboards and reporting.
The Sales Implementation Manager will report to the Sr. DSO Program Manager NAM

Job Responsibilities
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Campaign Management:
- Lead the implementation of strategic sales campaigns within Salesforce and CRM systems to generate high-quality leads for sales representatives.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to define campaign objectives, targeting strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business growth goals.
- Develop a clear communication plan for each campaign, ensuring the salesforce is aligned on "what," "how," and "why" of campaign initiatives.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and generate results as planned.
- Dashboard and Reporting:
- Create and manage campaign dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead generation, and sales outcomes.
- Regularly update and present detailed campaign analytics to sales leaders, providing insights on success, areas for improvement, and adjustments needed.
- Use data to drive decisions and optimize future campaigns for better results.
- Salesforce Communication and Training:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the sales operations team and the salesforce, ensuring clear communication of campaign updates, objectives, and timelines.
- Develop and deliver training materials to ensure the sales team understands how to effectively use CRM and Salesforce tools to engage with campaigns and manage leads.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to campaign execution and ensure prompt resolution.
- Campaign Performance and Accountability:
- Track the success of campaigns by analyzing performance data, activities, lead conversion rates, and overall sales results.
- Hold sales teams accountable for following through with campaign objectives and targets.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify trends, optimize strategies, and refine campaigns based on results and feedback.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Constantly seek opportunities to improve campaign workflows, lead generation techniques, and sales enablement strategies to enhance overall sales performance.
This position will not have management responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline
- 3 years of experience in sales operations, campaign management, or a related field, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of managing sales campaigns and utilizing Salesforce and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, sales funnel management, and performance analytics.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, CRM systems, and campaign management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret dashboards and performance reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and educate the salesforce on campaign strategies.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively with sales leadership.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
