Hiring Crew Helpers and Crew Assistants. Full-time employee benefits (Subject to meeting eligibility requirements) , production bonuses, and opportunities for promotion.
Applicants must pass pre-employment drug screening as a condition when hired.

We cover 3 regions in Eastern Pennsylvania and our mission is to grow 1 crew per region, per year. This means that promotions are happening every year, and there are opportunities to earn a Leadership or Management Role in an industry with no prior experience.

Position Requirements
Valid driver’s license is preferred, with acceptable driving record to meet fleet insurance standard
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
Must be able to move and / or lift up to 60 pounds consistently
High school diploma or GED, preferred
Ability to operate the equipment listed above, in addition to other commonly used landscaping equipment
Work Conditions
Employees performing this job should be able and willing to drive or travel locally if needed. Schedules for this position may vary and may require flexibility to work extended hours. Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to participate in snow removal activities. This position will require working outdoors in various weather conditions including rain, snow, sun, extreme cold, or heat.
