Snow Crew Member Position Description
Strauser Nature's Helpers is a leading Commercial Landscape & Snow Management company looking for Snow Removal Grounds Crew Members for the current Snow Season. Snow Removal Ground Crew Members may have the opportunity to switch to a landscaping position after the snow season ends, based on availability.
Snow Removal Grounds Crew Members will be in charge of clearing our customer's walkways, doorways, common areas and some driveway areas either with shovels or snow blowers. The role may also include spreading salt and de-icing products across surfaces to prevent ice formation.

We service the Poconos, Lancaster and Lehigh Valley areas. Full-time work may be available for those interested in staying with us for our landscape season starting spring 2025! Benefits available to employees who become full-time.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
Must be able to drive to the work site or branch in adverse weather conditions
Must be able to move and / or lift up to 60 pounds consistently
WORK CONDITIONS
Employees performing this job should be able and willing to drive or travel locally, if needed. Schedules for this position may vary and may require flexibility to work extended hours. Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to participate in snow removal activities. This position will require working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions including rain, snow, sun, extreme cold or heat.
