The Employee Benefits and ERISA Partner will represent sophisticated firm clients in all areas of employee benefits law, including qualified retirement plan design and compliance, sponsor and fiduciary risk management, benefit plan documentation, health and welfare benefit plans, ERISA claims and dispute resolution, governmental investigations and audits and the Affordable Care Act.
At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $300,000 plus eligibility for variable compensation, including performance and / or merit-based bonuses. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as years of experience, skill level, individual financial performance and office location.
