About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Loan Processor to join our dynamic team! As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding homebuyers through the loan process, ensuring seamless transactions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Build strong relationships with homebuyers, providing expert guidance and clear communication throughout the loan process.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with borrowers, sales teams, and underwriting to ensure every customer feels supported and informed at every stage of their journey to homeownership.
• Manage Multiple Tasks: Handle multiple loan files simultaneously, gather required documentation, and ensure timely and accurate processing of all mortgages.
• Ensure Seamless Transaction: From setting up loan files to coordinating closing paperwork, you'll ensure that all documents are complete and correct before passing them to the closing team.

Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to stay organized and ensure accuracy in multiple tasks.
• Preferred Education: A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is a plus.
