The Challenge
We're looking for a Data Insights & Reporting Manager to join our team and help us drive business growth through data-driven decision-making.
In this role, you'll work closely with our executive leadership and external stakeholders to deliver critical information to rating agencies, diligence partners, and industry surveys.
- You'll have direct exposure to executive leadership and external stakeholders, positioning you at the intersection of data, finance, and business strategy
- You'll leverage your analytical expertise to drive decision-making across multiple departments while developing high-value business relationships
- You'll expand your skill set beyond traditional reporting to include financial analysis, competitive benchmarking, and strategic planning initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- You'll gather, investigate, and review servicing performance information to improve service delivery and data collection
- You'll create and coordinate management-level performance summaries for senior and executive management
- You'll support leadership through detailed review of servicing financial data against industry peers
- You'll manage Rating Agency Key Performance Indicator data for effective reporting
- You'll develop strong relationships with internal and external partners to report performance results
- You'll produce quarterly presentations for rating agencies and external organizations
- You'll participate in servicing cost management initiatives and competitor analyses
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' related experience in banking, lending, portfolio analysis, or loan servicing
- Strong data review and presentation skills
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics development
- Excellent organizational and process management abilities
- Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance preferred (servicing experience with college courses in finance acceptable)
