This senior level executive will provide strategy and insight into the the union and labor relations needs of the operation, including collective bargaining, conflict resolution, recruitment, policy development and compliance initiatives.
Minimum qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years experience with labor relations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business or a related field.
- Very comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills - with a trusting and credible personality.
- Able to navigate HRIS systems - ADP Benefits software exposure preferred.
- A kind and collaborative person who gets along with people at all levels.
