About us: The Strawberry Point Lutheran Home's Memory Care Manor is a 16-bed dementia unit. We provide for residents needing a secured environment and activities to enhance the life of persons struggling with memory and/or behavioral diagnoses.
Pay: $27.50-$38.50 with $10,000 bonus divided equally and paid at 6, 9, & 12 months.

Our health insurance package consists of Blue Cross/ Blue Shield health insurance as well as vision and dental insurances. Matching of 3% 401(k) retirement plan. A $15,000 life insurance policy 100% employer funded with the option to purchase additional voluntary life. We are partnered with AFLAC. Also offering a yearly uniform allowance.
Hours/Shifts: Full-time day shift 6am-6pm. Three shifts per week (36 hours). Will include every other weekend and every other holiday.
