Fast Paced mid-size law firm is seeking a team member to provide back-up support across multiple departments including front desk coverage, office administrative / scheduling duties, handling food set ups and clean ups for educational events and client meetings, social media account posting / management, and additional projects as needed.

This versatile team member's time will be spent as follows (approximately) :

  • 50% - providing front desk (and other back up) coverage and set ups / clean ups for events and client meetings;
  • 25% - managing social media accounts and coordinating membership community needs / scheduling; and
  • 25% - training to back up in other departments.

Skills needed :

  • Strong detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to various tasks and roles
  • Command of digital and Microsoft office products
  • Admin level knowledge of social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn and Facebook)
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Get it done" service-oriented attitude
