What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Supervisor position at Stream-Flo USA?

Key position functions include:
- Supervise and lead a team of assembly, test, and paint (ATP employees), including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Build and lead a superior safety culture by ensuring each employee adheres to and practices all Stream-Flo HSE policies and procedure.
- Maintain high standards of quality in all shop activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Responsible for effective training of all employee’s in the assigned Dept’s including completion of training documentation.
- Ensure smooth and efficient shop operations, including assembly, testing, and painting processes.
- Ensure all shop equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Work closely with other departments such as Inside Sales, Inventory, Field Service, and AMS to meet production and customer needs.
- Prepare and present regular reports on shop performance, including productivity, quality, and safety metrics.
Preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in wellhead related activity and excellent knowledge in valve Repair and trouble shooting.
- Functional knowledge of shop safety requirements
- Use of hand tools & shop tools
- Good working knowledge of wellhead equipment
- Team oriented attitude
- A commitment to workplace health and safety
- Able to help implement efficient ways of getting the job done
