Master Flo Valve USA Inc. is currently seeking a full-time permanent Assembly Technician to work in Houston, TX.

Work Conditions:
- Day shift: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day. Option for overtime.
- Work is primarily performed indoors.
Responsibilities:
- Assembly of production line valves in accordance with Master Flo Production Standards
- Tear-down, repair, and refurbishment of valve assemblies in accordance with Master Flo Repair procedures
- Pressure and function testing of valve assemblies in accordance with Master Flo Factory Acceptance Test Procedures
- Mounting, testing, and calibration of valve actuators in accordance with Master Flo procedures
- Painting of valve assemblies
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Demonstrates appropriate knowledge / handling of all shop equipment, materials, and chemicals used in the shop
- Adhering to Company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies
Qualifications:
- Experience repairing mechanical equipment is required
- A mechanical aptitude is required
- Experience working with valves would be an asset
- Overhead cranes experience is an asset, in-house training provided
- Forklift experience is an asset, in-house training provided
- Effective written, verbal, and reading skills (English)
- Organized, able to maintain a clean working environment, and able to follow written procedures
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
