What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Property Coordinator position at Stream-Flo?

Key position functions include:
- Receives all customer equipment that has returned from customer locations
- Keeps an accurate account of what customer location and well the equipment came from for billing purposes
- Loads demand on the shop for a quick turn around on customer assets so that they can be utilized at their optimum capacity
- Coordinates all incoming and outgoing Customer Property
- Ensures all Customer assets are always accounted for and staged in the proper marked place
- Maintains accurate information on all customer property equipment in operating system
- Utilizes existing customer property to meet customer needs
- Monitors processing and billing of customer orders
- Monitors Inventory on both customer property and customer property repair parts at the branch levels
- Monitors utilization levels on existing inventory and organize with other districts how assets may be better utilized
- Maintains an accurate fleet list, showing the status of each piece of customer property at our location
- Works closely with AMS Supervisor, US AMS Manager, and Field Sales to develop both internal and customer facing KPIs on Customer Property
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:
- Minimum 5 years comprehensive industry experience
- Related post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with inventory movement transactions
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated, good organizational abilities, and able to work independently.
- Strong customer service skills. (internal and external)
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications. (word, excel, outlook, power point)
- A commitment to workplace health and safety
