Job Description
This position will oversee the interior, finish out, capital improvements, and limited ground up construction of Stream’s Atlanta portfolio. Your initial responsibilities will focus on leading the Construction Management team, preserving existing Property and Construction Management business, growing the 3rd party CM fee revenue for the division, and developing its staff. This position will report to the Executive Managing Director of the Atlanta office.

Job Description
This position will oversee the interior, finish out, capital improvements, and limited ground up construction of Stream’s Atlanta portfolio. Your initial responsibilities will focus on leading the Construction Management team, preserving existing Property and Construction Management business, growing the 3rd party CM fee revenue for the division, and developing its staff. This position will report to the Executive Managing Director of the Atlanta office.
Essential Functions:
- Manages, coaches, and motivates existing and future construction management staff.
- Personally manages larger and more complex construction projects for the firm.
- Identifies and recruits talented project managers and other staff that reflect Stream’s values.
- Interfaces with leasing and property management teams to assure seamless customer and tenant experience including advising on construction management language in property management agreements and lease work letters.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the interior construction practice including tenant and capital improvements.
- Drive top-line revenue by sourcing third-party construction management business and executing inbound projects.
- Personally manage certain high-profile projects as volume, complexity, or client aspects may dictate, serving as a single point of contact for stakeholders.
- Manage construction division payroll and operating expenses.
- Review construction division profit and loss statements (P&L) with Executive Managing Director on a monthly basis.
- Review of AIA contracts and other agreements from project management teams.
- Ensure that all construction policies and procedures are followed for the various owners, landlords, and building rules.
- Build lasting relationships with owners, design firms, contractors, and other industry partners to strengthen Stream’s market positions and identify new opportunities.

- Ensure the proper sequencing and scheduling of projects.
- Ensure the proper and thorough scoping of the project work.
- Ensure the proper budgeting of design, demo, and construction phases of the work.
