TITLE: ELINT Analyst - Mid
LOCATION: Honolulu, HI
OVERVIEW
Streamline Defense is seeking an exceptionally-qualified candidate to serve as an ELINT Analyst at the Mid-level supporting the US Army Pacific - (USARPAC), located in Honolulu, HI.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The candidate will be responsible for developing strategies that integrate these domains to achieve superior military effectiveness and operational advantage for upcoming rotations in Hawaii, Alaska and allies west of the International Date Line.
- Conduct in-depth ELINT analysis and signals collection activities.
- Analyze technical characteristics of electronic signals in the RF and digital domains.
- Accurately determine the structure, parameters, content, and purpose of electronic signals.
- Produce detailed reports and briefings based on ELINT analysis findings.
- Provide shift work support as required to ensure continuous intelligence coverage.
- Support the planning and execution of exercises to enhance Joint Forces readiness and capability.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in ELINT analysis through continuous learning and application of best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- At least 5 years of experience in ELINT analysis or signals collection.
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience; OR an Associate's degree and 7 years of experience; OR 9 years of experience may substitute in lieu of a degree.
- Strong knowledge of electronic signal characteristics, structure, parameters, and content.
- Proven ability to analyze and report on the technical aspects of electronic signals.
- Willingness to perform shift work to support operational requirements.
