Candidate must be solution and detail-oriented, and experienced in Dental Insurance as they will be responsible for managing insurance claims, processing payments, and ensuring accurate billing for our patients.

Candidate must be solution and detail-oriented, and experienced in Dental Insurance as they will be responsible for managing insurance claims, processing payments, and ensuring accurate billing for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit dental claims (including narratives) to insurance companies.
- Post payments from insurance companies and patients.
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Communicate with insurance providers to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain patient billing records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist office teams and patients with billing inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental billing and coding.
- Proficiency with dental billing software and electronic claims submission.
- Strong communicator and understanding of dental insurance policies and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with insurance companies.
- Knowledge of Dentrix, Excel, (Denticon helpful).
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
