Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales to meet company goals. You will play a key role in increasing revenue by identifying opportunities, qualifying prospects, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client referrals.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid knowledge of company offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to meet customer needs.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on account status.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Attend sales meetings, trade shows, or industry events as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
