FedEx Delivery Driver

Streamline Logistics, Inc. in Olive Branch, MS is hiring dedicated full-time FedEx Delivery Route Drivers dispatching out of the local terminal to deliver and pickup packages to residences and businesses. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to our valued customers. This role requires physical stamina for heavy lifting, the ability to load and unload pallets using a pallet jack, and proficiency in operating a manual transmission vehicle. No CDL license is required! Must be 21.

Terminal Location: 8505 Nail Rd, Olive Branch, MS 38654

Pay: $150 – $200 /day based on stop count

Schedule: Full time, 5 days a week, MUST include a Saturday or Sunday for newly hired employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items without damage.
• Keep detailed records of deliveries, completing all required scans accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company safety and maintenance standards.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety on the road.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to address and resolve any delivery issues.
• Work collaboratively with other drivers to optimize delivery routes and schedules.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• No felony convictions, violent misdemeanors, or drug-related charges in the last 10 years.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and operate a pallet jack.
• Proficient in driving a manual transmission vehicle through congested areas.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in delivery schedules.
• Prior experience with courier services is a plus.
