Job Summary:
Are you ready to make an impact as our next Customer Operations Specialist? If you’re a highly organized, motivated go-getter with a passion for learning, we want you on our team! You’ll be the voice of Streamline Services, the first friendly person our customers speak to when they call in. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, dispatching, job coordination, and permitting. You'll develop a deep understanding of how our care center operates and gain valuable insight into the day-to-day activities that keep Streamline running smoothly. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and with a positive attitude.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments, answering questions, and providing information about services.
- Respond quickly to marketed leads, using persuasive communication skills to convert opportunities into booked services.
- Manage and prioritize technician schedules to ensure efficient and timely dispatching.
- Collaborate closely with field staff and customers to ensure smooth job execution and keep all parties on track.
- Provide administrative support to other departments, contributing to the overall efficiency of daily operations.
- Foster a “One Team, One Goal” mentality by working collaboratively to achieve shared objectives.
- Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented approach by stepping in to assist with tasks outside of regular responsibilities to improve team efficiency.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter attitude, taking initiative when needed.

Key Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (call center or home services experience is a plus).
- Experience using ServiceTitan is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear, helpful interactions.
- Comfortable using technology, including scheduling software, email, and general office tools.
- Ability to maintain a positive, calm, and helpful demeanor, even in fast-paced situations.
- Willingness to learn and grow: This is a growth-oriented position, ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career and develop their skills.
