The Warehouse Associate is responsible for contributing to the efficient day-to-day operations of the warehouse and parts fulfillment. This is a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operations of the warehouse and supporting the Streamline Services supply chain. They conduct cycle and spot counts on trucks as required to assist in fleet and asset management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Accept incoming shipments, check for accuracy against packing slips and POs, inspect for damage, and systematically receive into Service Titan.
- Properly store parts in designated areas, ensuring they are easily accessible and correctly labeled.
- Regularly count and audit warehouse and truck inventory to ensure accuracy
- and report discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and notify the warehouse manager or reorder parts and supplies as needed.
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order specifications.
- Technician bins and HVAC installation pallets will be filled prior to the start of the next day.
- Assist technicians or service managers with locating and loading items.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to parts or inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts.
- Process returned items and make physical returns to suppliers when necessary.
- Deliver parts and non-truck stock items to technicians at the job site.
- Work collaboratively with other warehouse managers, technicians, and different departments within Streamline Services.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the warehouse manager, Streamline employees, and external partners (e.g., suppliers, delivery drivers).
