Full Job Description
Streamline Sports Physical Therapy (SSPT) is a growing physical therapy clinic located in Southeast Idaho. We pride ourselves on 4 foundational pillars: integrity, compassion, quality, and community. Front Desk Reception at SSPT requires being proactive, operating at a high level, and providing a superior patient experience. Our Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for an exceptional first impression with patients and for providing clinic/patient relationships. The position requires customer service, scheduling, reporting, operating phone systems and an electronic medical records system. SSPT operates Monday through Friday, with half days on Friday. Full-time employees have access to paid holidays and paid time off, employer match Simple IRAs, health insurance plans, and dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School diploma required
- Degree from accredited institution in related field preferred
- Must be proficient in customer service, including but not limited to in-person/telephone communication
- Must be proactive in problem solving and customer satisfaction
- Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills required
- Computer competency/skill required
- Experience with WEBPT EMR and Weave phone system preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook preferred
Major Responsibilities:
- Cultivating patient relationships and a unique experience within the reception area
- Patient check-in/check-out
- New/Current patient intake
- Competence in insurance benefit verification, pre-authorization, and explanation of benefits
- Scheduling of patient appointments with accuracy and efficiency
- Patient payment collection
- Telephone etiquette, both incoming and outgoing
- Printing, Faxing, Scanning Documents
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
