Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Collaborate with development teams to replicate and resolve bugs reported by both internal teams and end users. Ensure our product consistently performs to the highest standards.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze decision data to extract actionable insights that drive product enhancements and operational improvements.
- Documentation & Process Development: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for QA procedures, testing protocols, and business processes.
- Growth & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work side by side with product, development, and operations teams in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in QA, business analysis, or a related field, with a knack for replicating issues and solving complex problems.
