What are the responsibilities and job description for the Counterintelligence (CI) Specialist - Senior position at streamlinedefense?
- The contractor shall focus Cl collection efforts, create/update component platforms' Counterintelligence Prioritized Lists (CIPL), and enable collector responsiveness to USCENTCOM CJ collection requirements.
- In support of this subtask, the contractor shall:
- Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection against requirements.
- Evaluate the execution of collection plans and strategies to provide intelligence to customers.
- Assess the value of collected intelligence versus the customers' need(s).
- Manage data, ensure data consistency, produce visualizations, and develop models to report findings.
- Assist in the development of methods and criteria to evaluate whether collection requirements have been satisfied, using MOEs, MOPs, and other assessment methodologies.
- Produce feedback of findings.
- Identify collection gaps, assess collection options, and provide recommended solutions.
- Engage with analysts and desk officers to determine intelligence needs, identify and develop possible collection postures and strategies, and convert these intelligence needs into collection requirements to satisfy USCENTCOM intelligence requirements.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience.
