Director of Client Innovation and Strategy
Job Summary : We are seeking an energetic and engaging Director of Client Innovation and Strategy to serve as the face of our organization in client-facing roles, delivering insightful webinars and podcasts. This individual will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, conducting live and pre-recorded sessions, and enhancing our brand visibility through thought leadership, engaging media content, and high-quality presentations.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Strategy & Relationship Management :
- Guide clients in defining their business objectives, shape overarching marketing strategies, and ensure alignment with long-term goals to drive impactful results.
- Provide strategic leadership to nurture long-term client relationships, anticipate evolving needs, uncover growth opportunities, and champion initiatives that deliver sustained value and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify and pursue strategic opportunities, cultivate relationships with prospective clients, and introduce innovative solutions that drive long-term growth and value.
- Leverage existing business connections to grow relationships and create revenue opportunities.
Webinars & Live Sessions :
Plan, host, and present informative and engaging webinars on a regular basis, covering relevant topics to support client education and brand positioning.Coordinate with subject matter experts to prepare content, structure presentations, and ensure seamless delivery.Facilitate interactive Q&A sessions, encouraging client participation and fostering a community atmosphere.Podcast Hosting & Production :
Lead podcast episodes, interviewing industry experts, clients, and thought leaders, ensuring engaging content that aligns with company values and goals.Manage podcast production, from planning topics and scripting to recording, editing, and publishing.Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote podcast content and expand the show's reach.Content Strategy & Development :
Collaborate with the content team to develop topics for webinars, podcasts, and other media formats that resonate with client needs and market trends.Partner with our internal social media team to promote Streamworks through social channels.Provide valuable feedback based on client interactions to shape content that drives engagement and thought leadership.Brand Representation & Public Speaking :
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, delivering compelling presentations and maintaining a professional presence.Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization's values, products, and services through media appearances, webinars, and podcasts.Performance Analytics & Reporting :
Track and analyze audience engagement metrics (webinars, podcasts, etc.) and gather client feedback to continuously improve content quality and delivery.Prepare regular reports on client interactions, webinar attendance, and podcast performance for internal review.Key Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.3 years of experience in client relations, media hosting, or content creation (webinars, podcasts, or similar).Strong verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.Proven ability to host and moderate webinars and podcasts, managing all aspects of production.Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and work independently.Strong problem-solving skills and proactive in identifying and addressing client needs.Experience with content strategy, digital marketing, or media production.Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English.Physical Demands
