What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender/Server position at Street Exeter?
Street Exeter is looking for part time or full time bartenders and servers to join our team. We are a fast paced, casual restaurant in downtown Exeter. Street Exeter is an eclectic, casual restaurant and cocktail lounge that satisfies both your hunger and your wanderlust. From falafel to phở, burgers to bibimbap, we serve the world’s most flavorful street food in one lively place.
We are looking for those who are interested in a year round position as we do not hire seasonal staff members.
Qualifications:
- 2 years serving or bartending in a casual fine-dining atmosphere but willing to train with minimal experience
- Basic wine & liquor knowledge preferred
- Timeliness
- Communication skills & team player attitude
- Speed and efficiency in multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
- Passion for providing guests with excellent service
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure
- Previous experience working in a pooling environment a plus
