As a Producer, you’ll take the reins on planning and executing experiential marketing projects that leave lasting impressions. You’ll be responsible for ensuring every detail is on point—delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires close collaboration with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to bring bold, creative ideas to life.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage multiple concurrent projects using SFM’s established program management process framework.
- Analyze project requirements and work with teams to create methods to achieve goals
and maintain a project plan while ensuring quality control.
- Communicate project objectives and progress to leadership and clients on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (campaign ops, field marketing, account managers,
creative design team, & support teams) to drive projects forward.
- End-to-end management responsibility for program/project execution including but not
limited to: executing and managing all campaigns and project initiatives, providing proof of
performance reporting, and tracking all costs.
- Develop and enforce budgets, contracts and production timelines.
- Client discovery and relationship management.
- Sourcing and managing vendors, interviewing, hiring and supervising temporary staff.
- Managing onsite execution, final delivery, recap and reconciliation.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4 years of event production, brand activation and/or relevant experience required.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude
- Supervisory and leadership experience
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with effective results
- Detail-oriented and highly organized multi-tasker with ability to manage competing priorities
- High-quality written and interpersonal communication skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Desire to learn, be continually challenged, and grow
- Ability and willingness to travel (5 days per month)
