MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Contractor Personnel Shall Possess The Following Minimum Qualifications
Work shall be conducted at the Department of Energy government offices, The Hanford Site, and Richland, WA. This position may be telework eligible at the discretion of the Technical Monitor (TM) in consultation with the Contracting Officer (CO). If this position is identified as telework eligible, there will be a 30-day waiting period in which 100% in-office support will be expected. The CO may waive the 30-day waiting period requirement if the TM agrees. If in-person support is identified as required for any reason and for any length of time by the TM or CO, the contractor shall report for duty in-person as requested.

- Providing support to TWO by completing reviews of and/or preparing capital project critical decision documents, and support preparation for independent external reviews.
- Professional assistance in making and implementing decisions to be relied upon by DOE’s senior leadership and will be used for obtaining subsequent support and approval via the approval process established and required by DOE’s Washington DC headquarters staff and professional experts.
- Developing documentation and communication tools in the capital project critical decision, Independent Cost Review, and Independent Project Review preparations and process.
- Mission support tasks for TWO senior management/staff also includes development of white papers and other programmatic documents in areas to support communications to stakeholders.
- Utilize excellent writing and communication skills in all interactions.
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Contractor Personnel Shall Possess The Following Minimum Qualifications
- Education – BS/BA degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other technical degree.
- Experience –Ten years’ experience as a Federal Director, Federal Project Director/Manager, Federal Executive, or commensurate level private sector senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to work and lead in a collaborative Federal-Contractor partnership approach.
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop written documents and presentations suitable for use with senior Federal executives and external Stakeholders.
- Working level knowledge of Hanford Site mission, activities, and priorities.
- Working level knowledge of DOE Hanford processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication responsiveness and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Non-Disclosure/Conflict of Interest form signed by both the general support contractor and authorized contractor representative must be submitted to procurement before any work/support can start.
- Identification of any conflicts, potential conflicts, or perceived conflicts of interest with any Hanford Site contractors.
- Compliance with site specific safety and security requirements, including badging and office protocols.
- U.S. Citizenship.
