150M New Federal (GSA, DoD) Construction Experience.
Experience with understanding and oversight of installation, design / spec reviews, quality standards, procedures and best practices in construction.
Inspection and Testing : Experience with various inspection and testing methods to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Soft Skills.
Leadership : Strong leadership skills to manage and coordinate with diverse teams, including contractors, engineers, and inspectors.
Communication : Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Problem-Solving : Ability to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
Additional Considerations.
Experience leading teams of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing inspectors.
Requirements
10 Years with Federal Contract.
BS Construction Management , BA architecture / equivalent.
Must be able to speak and write in English.
CQM.
Must be able to obtain an HSPD-12.
