What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Streetlight Taco?
Newly Michelin guide recognized Streetlight Taco is looking for bartenders to join our team. Must have previous bartending experience in a proper restaurant with a big focus on spirits and quality food. We have an extensive mezcal and tequila selection and an interest in learning these is a must. You must provide prompt and friendly service at the bar with an emphasis in hospitality.

-Previous bartending experience is MANDATORY at a reputable bar / restaurant
-Minimum 3 years experience
-Passion for agave spirits such as tequila and mezcal
-Excitement for continued education and opportunities within agave spirits
-Must be of legal drinking age
-Knowledge of Mexican cocktails and beverages is a plus
-Proficiency in mixing and garnishing drinks with attention to detail
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
-Strong multitasking skills to manage a busy bar
-Responsible alcohol service and adherence to local alcohol regulations
-Desire to provide your own influence to further shape Streetlight Taco’s unique drink menu
-A positive attitude and a team player mentality
-Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
-Must be friendly, personable, and engage with customers.
-Comply with all health and safety guidelines.
