What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Vice President of Operations - East Coast position at Streetplus Company LLC?
In partnership with the CEO’s and President, the Regional Vice President (RVP) will oversee and direct all operational, financial, administrative and compliance functions for multiple locations. The RVP will build and retain profitable business growth by providing the highest level of service to our customers through the delivery of ambassador services.
Performance will be evaluated based on, but not limited to, achieving financial goals and objectives, providing quality customer service and hiring/developing local talent.
The following are some of the key duties and responsibilities.
- Responsible for delivering exceptional service to all customers, ensuring all employees understand and executes accordingly.
- Conduct all business with the highest of ethical and professional standards while assuring all accounts perform within established budget perimeters.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Streetplus owners/principals, customers, employees and vendors.
- Provide support and direction in executing Streetplus strategic business initiatives.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities for growth.
- Dedication to high quality customer service delivery and integrity through proven customer relations.
- Strategic thinker with financial acumen to work with local account program and operations managers and local corporate staff to maintain performance within established budget requirements with the focus on retaining current business.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Streetplus owners/principals, peers, subordinates, and customers.
- Work with account program and operations managers by regular engagement to achieve superior results.
- Effectively deal with internal and external customers and to ensure compliance with fair employment practices.
- Working closely with the CEO’s and President, plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and revenues for the company.
- Oversee account operations, focusing on efficiency, quality, service, training, and effective use of all resources, especially financial.
- Evaluate performance of account program and operations managers and local corporate staff to ensure company goals and objectives are met.
- Review and evaluate strategic alliances with national vendors and contractors to ensure goals and objectives are met and communicate outcomes, issues and concerns to the President and Principal.
- Working with the local account operations managers and local corporate staff, ensure staffing levels are maintained and appropriate recruitment avenues are developed and maintained.
- At the account level, review reports and other available data to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
- Evaluate performance of direct reports for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives.
- Promote the company through written articles and personal appearances at conferences, to include serving on committees and speaking at conferences.
- Promote the company to customers through regular communication.
- Present company reports to Board of Directors meeting.
- Coach and mentor direct reports with the goal of achieving operational.
- Ability to travel to other regions to assist with start-up activities, training or other tasks as identified by the President.
The President will use a combination of the following to evaluate and rate the performance of the company:
- Effective working relations exist with corporate staff, customer representatives, local account operations managers, local corporate staff, and employees assigned to accounts.
- Financial standing of the company through Profit and Loss Statements and other financial reports.
- Good public relations exist with internal and external customers and vendors.

The following compensation and benefits are provided to the RVP. These benefits are subject to change without advance notice.
- Base annual salary range of $90,000 to $125,000.
