Intermediate School Assistant Principal

Defer Intermediate School is seeking a dynamic candidate for an assistant principal opening for the 2025-26 school year. This is a new position in the district, as the school next year is moving to a 3-5 grade band. Preferred characteristics are below: Ohio Administrative License Leadership experience Extensive experience and training in data collection and analysis, providing classroom based teacher support, literacy and math curriculum and intervention programs, engaging professional development resulting in increased student achievement and professional learning communities, student discipline and technology LETRS Training preferred Strong background in MTSS, PBIS and OTES Strong communication and teamwork skills
