Position Overview
Streib Company is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to drive business growth in Northwest Arkansas . This role is responsible for scouting new project opportunities, engaging with customers, capturing site photos, and collaborating with estimators to develop competitive bids. The ideal candidate will be skilled in relationship-building, identifying project needs, and ensuring a seamless handoff from sales to estimation. This position plays a critical role in developing new customer relationships while strengthening existing partnerships to grow Streib's presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Scout and Identify New Project Opportunities
Visit potential project sites to assess feasibility and capture photos for bid preparation.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers .
Work closely with estimators and project teams to prepare competitive bids.
Identify potential opportunities for expansion and additional services.
