Strength of Nature (a Godrej company) is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead U.S. market strategy and execution for new product categories from Godrej Global—with an initial focus on air care, hair color, and other high-potential segments. This role is centered on building general market brands and will also include additional responsibility for legacy multicultural brands in the SON portfolio.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership for New Category Expansion
- Lead the U.S. launch and brand-building efforts for new Godrej global categories, with a strong focus on general market consumers.
- Develop positioning, consumer strategy, and retail approach for brands in air care, hair color, and other emerging spaces.
- Serve as the U.S. marketing lead, ensuring global brands are successfully adapted and resonant in the local market.
Go-To-Market & Innovation
- Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new brand/category launches, from insights and planning to execution.
- Partner with R&D, Product Development, and global teams to localize formulas, packaging, and messaging.
- Identify white space opportunities and shape the U.S. innovation pipeline.
Integrated Marketing & Creative Execution
- Lead the development of full-funnel marketing campaigns including advertising, influencer, social, and in-store activations.
- Approve creative direction and content across platforms in collaboration with internal Creative Services and external agencies.
- Ensure high-impact performance across both retail and digital channels.
Retail & Channel Collaboration
- Partner with Sales to develop retailer-specific marketing strategies and launch programs.
- Work with eCommerce and DTC teams to optimize brand visibility and performance across platforms.
- Collaborate with the Distributor Channel Manager to support merchandising and promotions in key trade accounts.
Legacy Brand Support
- Oversee annual marketing planning and execution for assigned legacy brands in the SON portfolio.
- Support brand revitalization efforts to maintain relevance and grow market share within the multicultural beauty space.
Performance Tracking & Budget Oversight
- Own the marketing budget for new and assigned brands, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI.
- Monitor key KPIs, consumer engagement, campaign performance, and sell-through metrics.
- Partner with Finance to track investments and support strategic decision-making.
Internal & External Representation
- Represent brands at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Present brand strategies, performance, and innovation pipelines to internal leadership and global stakeholders.
What You Bring
- 7 years of brand marketing experience, with a strong foundation in CPG (home care, air care, beauty, or personal care preferred).
- Experience launching new categories or adapting global brands for the U.S. market.
- Strong understanding of general market consumers and proven success building brands from the ground up.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, agency leadership, and budget ownership.
