Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales and business development
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams
- Familiarity with account management and B2B sales processes
- Proficient in using Salesforce and other sales technologies
- Experience in cold calling and conducting product demos
- Leadership capabilities to guide and motivate team members
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct cold calls and product demonstrations to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute B2B sales initiatives.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities and manage accounts efficiently.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Engage in business development activities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $82,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
