At Stress Care, we provide a full range of Outpatient Services, including Psychiatric Evaluations, Medication Management, Traditional Therapy, Group Therapy, Intensive Outpatient Programs, and Partial Care. We work with adults and adolescents and our integrated treatment team consists of Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Social Workers, Counselors, Peer Professionals, and other allied team members
Stress Care of New Jersey is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Recruitment to lead talent acquisition efforts. Stress Care of New Jersey is committed to providing high-quality care to clients and fostering a supportive environment for staff. As a key member of the Workforce Management team, you will play a critical role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
Position Summary:
The Director of Recruitment will oversee all recruitment activities for Stress Care of New Jersey. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, building talent pipelines, and ensuring the company attracts high-quality candidates. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare recruitment, a strong understanding of Behavioral Health staffing needs, and a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan to address immediate and long-term staffing needs across multiple Stress Care sites.
- Lead and manage the Human Resources team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
- Partner with administrators to understand staffing requirements and create customized hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and other talent pipelines to attract qualified candidates.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top clinical and non-clinical talent, including MDs, LCSW/LPC/LSW/LACs, APNs, Bachelor’s level staff and administrative staff.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
- Proven experience leading a recruitment team and managing multi-facility hiring processes.
- Strong knowledge of staffing needs in Behavioral Health environments, including clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

- Monday to Friday
- Three day shifts 9-5, two evening shifts 11-7
