Stress Care of New Jersey, LLC is a Behavioral Health and Addiction Treatment Center licensed by the State of NJ and accredited by The Joint Commission. At Stress Care, we provide a full range of Outpatient Services, including Psychiatric Evaluations, Medication Management, Traditional Therapy, Group Therapy, Intensive Outpatient Programs, and Partial Care. We work with adults and adolescents and our integrated treatment team consists of Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Social Workers, Counselors, Peer Professionals, and other allied team members
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented IT Systems Administrator to join our busy behavioral health and addiction treatment center.
Qualifications and Skills
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent work experience required3 years of database, network administration, or system administration experienceStrong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocolsProven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans, strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocolStrong ability to work independently in order to meet deadlines, complete tasks, close tickets, and assist staff in a timely mannerResponsibilities and Duties
Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processesSet up employee accounts and workstationsMaintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardwareTroubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issuesUpgrade systems with new releases and models, and train staff on new technologiesResponsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualizationPerform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover proceduresLead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptionsMaintain internal infrastructure equipment requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, and security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segmentsInteract with clinical teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when neededTravel to each site during the week (Manalapan, Matawan, Somerset, Toms River)Assist Human Resources and Admin Supervisors with office setup (equipment, furniture, etc), as neededWork with the Facilities Director to maintain overall site operations, as neededAbout our Benefits :
