The HR Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR team while ensuring the efficient execution of HR tasks. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual with a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of professionalism in handling confidential data.
This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and efficient administrative support to HR team members, ensuring smooth operations and excellence in task execution.
- Assist with immigration paperwork and compliance.
- Support the preparation of the performance review process.
- Contribute to the development of personnel policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records, including document filing and scanning, to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the successful completion and alignment of organizational goals.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential data with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in maintaining detailed records and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
- Ability to climb and ascend at least one flight of stairs multiple times per day.
- Occasional need to lift up to 15 pounds.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in general office administration.
