What You'll Do :

As an automotive technician at Stress-Free Auto Care, you will :

Diagnose and repair various systems, including heating / cooling , electrical , brakes , steering , suspension , and more.

Work with a team to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure high-quality repairs that meet manufacturer standards.

Complete thorough digital inspections and maintenance reports.

Stay engaged with customers and the service department, keeping them informed on the repair progress.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment , and help with routine shop upkeep.

Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and legal regulations.

What We're Looking For :

5 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician (we love seasoned pros!).

Expertise in general maintenance, diagnostics, and repair .

Proficient in using hand tools and shop equipment (having your own tools is a plus).

ASE certifications are great, but not required—if you don't have them, we'll help you get them!

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented setting.

A passion for helping customers and delivering high-quality service every time.

Physical Requirements :

Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Work with tools overhead and in tight spaces.

Stand and walk for the majority of the workday in a high-volume environment.

Have the dexterity to use hand tools efficiently and drive manual transmission vehicles .
