Stress-Free Auto Care is a modern, tech-enabled shop revolutionizing the auto repair experience. The Express Service Advisor plays a vital role in driving shop success and delivering exceptional customer interactions. This critical position involves engaging with customers both in-store and over the phone to answer questions, understand their needs, and provide customized recommendations. You will use your sales expertise and energetic approach to promote products and services while building lasting customer relationships as a trusted advisor. The Retail Sales Associate ensures personalized interactions, clear communication, and precise problem solving to contribute to the growth and success of the business while maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Pay Range : $20-$25 / hr

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by exceeding expectations and providing a VIP customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Engage customers with enthusiasm, understand their needs, and recommend products and / or services in-store and over the phone.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop environment, adhering to all company policies and safety guidelines.
  • Utilize company systems to document customer data, recommend services, and process transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and managers regarding customer concerns and operational matters.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and customer service skills to improve performance.

    • Qualifications

  • 2 years as a retail sales associate.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Proven sales abilities with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend solutions based on customer needs.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with retail POS systems and the ability to learn company-specific software.
  • Automotive industry knowledge or experience is a plus but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and carry merchandise up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Comfortable working in varying environments, including mechanic garage area.
