Position Overview :
Stress Free Auto Care, Inc., a venture capital-backed company, is at the forefront of modernizing the auto repair industry by leading a digital transformation of this traditionally offline space. Our Area Manager - Trainee program is designed to immerse talented professionals from outside the auto industry in a rotational leadership program, preparing them for a fast-track path to General Management. You'll gain experience in overseeing multiple locations, driving sales, and managing teams in a high-growth environment, setting the stage for future leadership roles within our company.
Key Responsibilities :
