Overview
We are looking for a rockstar Lounge Coordinator whose sole mission is to confidently ensure a VIP client experience while maximizing the schedule through bookings and membership sales. Stretch 22 is the hottest health and wellness concept in Seattle and we are excited to build our South Lake Union team! Our mission is to make people feel effing good with our exceptional service, amazing people and our unique assisted stretching method, Vibrastretch™.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring all guests receive a warm welcome and efficient check-in/check-out services, always booking their next appointment.
- Confidently selling memberships to new clients, or upgrade existing clients. (The more you sell, the more you make!)
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance throughout their appointment.
- Manage lounge supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate communication between the lounge team and manager to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences to enhance future experiences.
- Assist in organizing events or activities within the hotel or resort, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by fostering a positive environment for both guests and staff.
- Keeps the lounge clean and well maintained (it's easy to keep an clean space clean!).
- Reports to: Area Manager
Experience
- Previous experience in front desk operations or customer service roles within the hospitality industry (fitness, wellness, hotel, restaurant).
- Goal oriented with success in membership sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
- Proficiency in handling guest relations effectively, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach to tasks with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Comfortable with computer systems and experience with MindBody a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.76 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
