We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and driven people to join our staff of Stretchologists who are committed to improving the quality of life for clients and members by performing assisted stretching and driving client frequency. We prepare every Stretchologist by providing a thorough 32 hours of paid training to become certified in Stretch 22's signature stretch method, Vibrastretch™. This gives you all of the knowledge needed to deliver exceptional, one-on-one assisted stretching to our members.
We are seeking employees who are able to fill a variety of shifts, including dayshifts, evenings and weekends. Ideally, we seek to start all new hires at 15-25 hours a week, but we welcome candidates looking for a more flexible part-time schedule as well. We pay all new hires $20.76 an hour for their first six months (plus tips). After the first six months, pay is increased based on performance. Employees have the ability to make up to $25 (plus tips) an hour depending on performance and time spent with Stretch 22. Tips from appointments can range between $10-$35/hour. Our top Stretchologist made an average of $40 /hour (including tips) in 2024!Must be able to work in either our South Lake Union, Madison Ridge, or Bellevue lounge (or multiple!).

Duties
- Deliver exceptional client service by expertly administering Stretch 22's assisted stretching sessions.
- Inspire, motivate, and educate clients about the numerous health and wellness benefits of consistent assisted stretching.
- Cultivate client loyalty by scheduling follow-up appointments, renewing memberships, and proactively reaching out to potential clients.
- Provide concierge-level, VIP customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and well-cared for.
- Engage in community events and leverage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and generate valuable client referrals.
- Promote membership packages to clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction by booking their next appointments.
- Foster an active and engaging social media presence to drive client membership and retention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client notes to personalize each session effectively.
- Attend mandatory company meetings to stay informed and contribute to the company's success.
- Ensure all equipment is meticulously cleaned and maintained, guaranteeing it is always available for client use.
- Help your team in upholding the cleanliness of our lounges.
- Embody and uphold company values and best practices to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
- Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills
- Must have basic anatomy knowledge
- Experience working in the wellness/fitness industry is preferred
- Personal training certification is a plus
- Candidates must have completed highschool, or received similar certification (GED)
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal with customers and coworkers
- Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
- Standing: Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
- Pushing: Using the upper extremities to press against something with steady force in order to thrust forward, downward, or outward
- Pulling: Using the upper extremities to exert force in order to draw, drag, haul, or tug objects in a sustained motion
- Lifting: Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires the substantial use of the upper extremities and back muscles
- Repetitive motions: Making substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- The worker is subject to vibration: Exposure to oscillating movements of the extremities or the whole body
- Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
