Technical Support candidate needed for an Aerospace Manufacturing Firm.
We are currently accepting applications from qualified individuals for an experienced Technical Support.
The successful candidate must be detail oriented and willing to work in multiple areas of the business as it pertains to IT.
Responsibilities & Requirements are but not limited to:
- Network configuration and programming for new deployments.
- Maintain Network Environment.
- Maintain Server/System Backups.
- Have a strong understanding of Desktop Computers, Windows 10, and Office.
- Knowledge of Windows Hyper-V
- Have a strong understanding of Windows server 2012 & 2016, Exchange Server 2013 environments
- EXPERIENCE WITH IPHONES, IPHONE SETTINGS, IPHONE SET UP AND ALL THINGS IPHONE
- Knowledge and understanding of Windows SQL server databases and reporting
- Maintain email server management.
- Experience with DPD is a PLUS (Aerospace sector)
- Have a strong understanding of IP Networks as a whole
- Have a strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems:
- JOBBOSS & UNIPOINT EXPERIENCE A PLUS
- Management of customer portals and data
- Have a strong understanding of a network topology including WANs, LANs and VLANS.
- Have a strong understanding of IP Addressing schemes and all of their components including subnets and how subnet masks work and gateway addresses.
- Have a strong understanding of how VLANs and Subnet networks work and the differences between them.
- Have a strong understanding of firewalls, both hardware and software.
- Have a strong understanding of TCP, UDP, ICMP, NTP ports and protocols and how they interact.
- Have a strong understanding of mobile phones and apps to related to
- Be very personable, friendly with good communication skills.
