The Job
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving studio sales and memberships. This role is comprised of 80-90% sales and 10-20% staff management and studio operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of fitness sales experience or membership sales preferred.
- Confident in generating the majority of sales and training/coaching staff to sell
- Ability to work 40 hours and be flexible hours on weekdays/weekends
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
- Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the phone, over text and via email.
- Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using sound reasoning and judgment.
- An affinity and passion for health and wellness.
- Excellent time management skills, able to summarize daily/weekly/monthly results and communicate to ownership in a timely manner
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and goals

DUTIES
- Lead generation through Pop-up events, Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
- Daily, 50 outreach calls/texts/emails and prospecting
- Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
- Train & supervise Sales Associates and Flexologist staff
- Proficiency in ClubReady (CRM), to include member management, reports, invoices, time clock, etc.
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
- Collect outstanding dues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the StretchLab studio
- Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
- Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
- Any other duties as assigned
