Qualifications:
- 1 year of sales experience
- 1 year of customer service/front-of-house experience
- Eager to be a part of an amazing team
- Endless motivation to help build strong member-business relationships
- $16-20 Base pay with increases depending on performance
- Commission based on earned on monthly net revenue available on top of base pay

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns.
- Own member retention by following the daily operation guides, excellent customer service, and consistent follow-ups.
- Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve your sales skills. Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by building a positive and professional relationship with all members and team members.
- Using our patented and proprietary equipment, Stretch Zone practitioners follow specific protocols to properly position, stabilize, and manipulate muscles using powerful principles of neuromuscular behavior.
