Qualifications :
1 year of sales experience
1 year of customer service / front-of-house experience
Eager to be a part of an amazing team
Endless motivation to help build strong member-business relationships
Compensation Structure
16-20 Base pay with increases depending on performance
Commission based on earned on monthly net revenue available on top of base pay
Client referral goal bonus

Responsibilities
Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns.
Own member retention by following the daily operation guides, excellent customer service, and consistent follow-ups.
Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve your sales skills.
Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by building a positive and professional relationship with all members and team members.
